CC&Rs

The purpose of the CC&Rs is to protect each homeowner by defining the use of the property, the limits of the construction, and to set controls over later additions and changes. When you purchased your home in Toro Park Estates, your "Agreement to Purchase" included acceptance of the conditions of the CC&Rs. The Toro Park Estates CC&Rs remain in full effect today and are linked in green, below.

Some Basic Restrictions of the CC&Rs:

Trailers, boats, campers, and RV's may not be stored upon or in front of any residential property.

You may not raise, breed, or keep animals, livestock or poultry of any kind, except for household pets, as long as they are not kept, bred, or maintained for any commercial purpose and as long as they do not become a nuisance to the neighborhood.

A lot must not be used as a dumping ground for rubbish. All trash and garbage must be kept in sanitary containers.

All construction must be of new materials.

All construction, remodels, and additions must be completed in a timely fashion.

You may not use your property to conduct a trade or business is or may become an annoyance to the neighbors.

Complaints and Violations to the CC&Rs:
To report a possible violation to the CC&Rs, or to inquire about the provisions or interpretations of the CC&Rs, contact the CC&Rs Chairperson at: toroparkestates@gmail.com. All complaints will remain confidential and if warranted, will result in communication from the Toro Park Estates Home Association Board to the particular homeowner involved. In the past, most complaints have been concerning dogs, unkept property, and recreational vehicles.
You should have received a complete copy of the CC&R's at the time you purchased your home in Toro Park Estates. Complete copies of the CC&Rs are available at the top of this page and from any member of the Toro Park Estates Home Association Board.
