Membership

Membership in the Toro Park Estates Home Association is voluntary but highly encouraged. The annual membership donation is $75.00 per household and is due at the beginning of each calendar year. 

Many association members also choose to contribute to the Parks and Greenbelts Committee, and other services provided by the Toro Park Estates Home Association.

You can pay your annual membership dues and / or make a donation below.

Membership Benefits Include:

• A yearly copy of the Toro Park Estates Membership Directory.

• Eligibility to receive recognition and prizes in the annual Christmas Decorating Contest.

• The Bull's Tale quarterly newsletter.

• Supporting the various projects and programs provided by the Toro Park Estates Home Association for the enrichment, beautification, and enjoyment of the Toro Park Estates community.

• Eligibility to receive the TPEHA Volunteer of the Quarter Award.

Refund Policy:

• Membership dues or donations are not refundable.

• Exception: We can issue a refund for a double or more payment for membership dues only made within the same calendar year but only for the amount in excess of the single year dues payment. 

• Double or more membership dues payments made by credit / debit card will be refunded in excess of the single year payment minus any bank or processing fees.
