About Membership & Benefits
Membership in the Toro Park Estates Home Association is voluntary but highly encouraged. The annual membership donation is $75.00 per household and is due at the beginning of each calendar year.
Many association members also choose to contribute to the Parks and Greenbelts Committee, and other services provided by the Toro Park Estates Home Association.
