Newsletter Committee
"The Bull's Tale"

As a service to the community, the Toro Park Estates Home Association publishes and distributes a quarterly newsletter to every home in the development. Known as "The Bulls Tale," the newsletter is a great source of information including project updates, community events, news from the committees and the TPEHA Board, and a comprehensive advertising section.

An original idea from the late Warren Sutherland, a former TPEHA president, The Bull's Tale has been published continuously as a service to the Toro Park Estates community since 1984. Originally published once a month, The Bull's Tale now comes out four times a year and is hand delivered to all the residents in Toro Park Estates by the local Block Captains.

For the past 25 years, the current editor and Committee Chairperson for The Bull's Tale has been Carol Romo, a longtime Toro Park Estates resident. For questions about The Bull's Tale, if you would like to submit an article for publication, or would like to advertise in The Bull's Tale, Carol can be reached at: toroparkestates@gmail.com.
