Monterey County - Service Area 15
The County of Monterey has 37 active County Service Areas (CSA) that provide and fund a variety of services including street lighting, street and sidewalk maintenance, storm drain maintenance, sewage collection and disposal, park maintenance, landscaping and tree maintenance, and levee maintenance within defined areas of the Monterey County. Each homeowner is assessed $37.00 per year collected on their annual property tax assessment bill. Toro Park Estates falls within County Service Area 15. CSA 15 includes the communities of:
